Freight Charges:
Desidecco does not charge any extra amount for shipping. It is free. But, in certain cases these could be additional shipping & handling fees if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special case while transportation.

Taxes and custom duties for Domestic customers
Product prices displayed on the Deridecco products are inclusive of all taxes & duties.
Shipping time frame:
Pre-Declaration: Shipping times will vary from product to product, as it is made-to-order or is available at our warehouse. The expected time will be given under each product on our web page.
Products that are made-to-order or customized will be contacted by our team when you place your order, and therefore will take more time to produce and ship (i.e., near 2-4 weeks). Further information regarding the product/order status will be provided by our customer care upon request.
The tracking details will be emailed to you when orders dispatch.
Bulk Order
We prefer 50% advance payment on made-to-order products, rest at the time of dispatch.
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Note: All products are handmade by artisans one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.
Orders cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.
